Here's What To Expect

STEP 1: SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET

Schedule your complimentary meet & greet online at your convenience. This gives you a chance to meet a member of the team and introduce us to your pet. You'll also show us their supplies, favorite toys, any hiding spots, and whatever else is relevant.

Step 2: Onboarding

Your time is precious, so we've spent years dialing in our onboarding process. It's thorough but quick. You'll sign new client paperwork and create a login with our online software, Time To Pet. You'll include all your pet's care and home details in the app so it's stored in one place, ensuring nothing is forgotten.

Step 3: Book online at any time

Once you're onboarded, request services, make changes, message the team, and more from your mobile device or computer at any time. It's quick and easy!

Step 4: Sit back, relax, and enjoy

Our services can be as "set it and forget it" as you like. For dogs, you can set regular weekly walk schedules and everything will be automated. For cats, simply request services in seconds as needed, and we'll take care of the rest!

How Will I know my pet is doing okay?

Our mission is simple: give pet parents their time and energy back by consistently delivering outstanding pet care. Pets love us, and their people immediately feel the difference working with us.

We always send detailed post-visit updates in Time To Pet after each visit. These include a summary of the visit, some highlights, and cute photos.

We monitor the health of your pet when in our care and alert you of changes immediately, so you’ll never be left guessing. If anything seems off, we’ll check in with you and take your pet to the vet right away if it’s an emergency, keeping you informed along the way.

Our complimentary meet & greet is an essential part of our process. It gives you a chance to meet a member of the team and go over critical care and home details so nothing is missed. We’ll then transcribe those details into our software, Time To Pet, so our entire team is up to speed. You can review these notes and make changes at any time.

This is also a chance to make sure we’re a good working fit and your pet is comfortable. You can ask questions, and we’ll be happy to answer.
